Area Representative at The University of Colorado

JB Hall Sr. has been in his position for over 15 years and is responsible for encouraging, training, equipping, and evangelizing coaches and athletes. JBHSR believes that growing the Kingdom of God is most important and he does it with the passion and love of Christ in all he does and in his interactions with staff, students, coaches, school administration and local churches. He has over 30 years of coaching experience. JBHSR received a word from God stating that he was to get off the sidelines and coach for His glory. He was licensed and ordained to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He married his high school sweetheart, they raised two collegiate student athletes, and they are proud grandparents of 5 grandchildren and soon to be six! Outside of FCA, he loves to be with his family and enjoys hunting, fishing and serving others.

Diana Hall

Administrative Assistant to JB Hall Sr.

In her administrative role, she provides her husband clerical support behind the scenes empowering him to achieve FCA’s mission and vision to reach every coach and athlete at the University of Colorado.

Outside of FCA, she has been retired for nine years after working with the State of Colorado, Boulder County Probation Department for 30 years. She enjoys spending time with her family, grandchildren and parents. She also likes popcorn and watching movies. 

Kristen Horner

Area Representative at the University of Colorado

Kristen grew up in Austin, TX before attending Houston Christian University where she played beach volleyball. Kristen was involved in FCA at HCU, and was a student leader for 4 of her 5 years there. Kristen and her husband Luke moved to Colorado in May of '24, and she joined staff the following fall. Kristen has a deep passion for coaches and athletes and desires for them to know the Lord and make Him known in every environment that they are in. She is humbled to be a part of FCA at CU and can't wait to see what God has in store!
